As a Diverse Investment Career Summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional investment consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer. Over the course of 2 days , we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. WHAT WE VALUE

• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Progress toward a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or interest in learning more about business-related areas,
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in investment consulting
• Current freshman or sophomore graduating in 2028 or 2029
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
