Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our MercerWell team at Mercer. This role can be based near a Mercer office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Mercer Health Advantage Project Manager within the MercerWell Product team, you will play a pivotal role collaborating with Mercer Client teams, medical carriers, and well-being vendors to deliver innovative health and well-being solutions.
MercerWell, a specialty practice within Mercer's Health Practice, partners with employer-based clients to improve the health of their employees. Our work includes strategies to enhance quality and access to care, program delivery of population health management, and organizational change management that supports employee engagement.
We will count on you to:
- Manage relationships and day-to-day interactions with vendors, carriers, internal Mercer teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Lead project management activities including meeting facilitation, planning, milestone tracking, and proactively addressing barriers to ensure timely delivery
- Support onboarding and implementation of new clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and successful integration of solutions
- Oversee program activities such as assessments, contracting, client escalations, and steering committee facilitation to maintain high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate and execute health programs, analyze client data for continuous improvement, and support sales efforts through client relationship building and business case development
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Superior analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,500 to $137,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
