Description and RequirementsMust live within a commutable distance of the Tampa MetLife Office
Training will be in person for 2 weeks
Once a month in office for meetings
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• High School Diploma.
Preferred:
• Associate level or higher degree.
• At least 2 years experience in a direct customer service position preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis, investigation, and/or planning.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain quality.
The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $59,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
