About Us
We are a growing financial services company dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term retirement security through annuities; including fixed, variable, and indexed options. We offer comprehensive training and help you get qualified leads, book your Zoom appointments, and support you in building your book of business.
This is not a “recruit the world” environment, our focus is on professionalism and performance. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, accountable, hardworking, and present themselves with integrity. Our market is highly specialized, and we are selective about who we bring onto our team.
The Role
Are you a natural closer? We are looking for a high-energy Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This isn’t a "desk job" where you wait for the phone to ring—this is a role for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and securing financial futures for families across California and beyond.
You will focus on the front-end of the business: prospecting, presenting, and closing. If you have a "hunter" mentality and are looking for a role with an uncapped ceiling, this is it.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively prospect and convert leads into new policyholders through outbound calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct Needs Analysis: Perform deep-dive consultations with clients to identify gaps in their current coverage and recommend aggressive protection strategies. - Master the Close: Deliver persuasive sales presentations (virtual or in-person) that simplify complex products and lead to a firm commitment.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients through warm, professional communication and regular reviews.
- Business Development & Marketing: Generate new business including Zoom appointments and in-person visits across the Bay Area. Support in-person and virtual events (seminars, workshops, etc.) including setup, guest outreach, and client interaction.
What We're Looking For:
- U.S. citizen with valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel across the Bay Area.
- The Sales Edge: You have a proven track record in sales (insurance, real estate, automotive, or SaaS experience is a major plus).
- California Licensed: You must hold a valid California Life and Health Insurance License (or be willing to obtain one immediately).
- Resilience: You have the grit to handle high-volume outreach.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build instant rapport with diverse California demographics.
- Self-Starter: You don’t need a manager, but value the support of a team.
- Must be coachable, accountable, hardworking, personable, and dress professionally.
What We Offer:
- Full training program including Zoom appointments.
- Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential.
- Flexible work options (remote, hybrid, or in-office).
- The opportunity for vesting and owning your book of business.
- Advancement opportunities as the company grows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
