Position Summary:
We’re hiring experienced, licensed healthcare insurance agents for a full-time, fully remote role (work from anywhere in the U.S.). You’ll sell a myriad of health insurance products using company-provided marketing leads and our exclusive CRM/dialing/reporting platform, earning new sales commissions, as well as renewal income.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active Health insurance license (resident or non-resident accepted; must be authorized to sell where required).
Minimum 2 years of proven insurance sales experience (healthcare/Dental/Vision/Life/supplemental strongly preferred).
High school diploma or GED required.
Comfortable working fully remote with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace with a door.
Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly.
Demonstrated Self-starter & accountable sales expert.
Professional business acumen, strong presence & confidence.
Motivated to learn and grow in a professional sales organization.
Reliable & highly responsive – demonstrate consistent follow-through.

What You’ll Do:
Connect with business prospects from United Insured-provided leads.
Conduct fact-finding calls to understand client needs, budgets, and eligibility.
Educate prospects on plan options, benefits, networks, and costs; recommend best-fit solutions for their business.
Obtain census data and work with Carriers to obtain quotes.
Present quotes to prospects, overcome objections ethically, and guide clients through enrollment process.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation/data in our CRM system, (call notes, dispositions, follow-ups, prospect contact information, etc.).
Hit daily/weekly/monthly calling activity and sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Stay current on carrier updates and healthcare market changes to advise confidently.
