We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Leader to head our Tijuana L&D team, someone with deep expertise in adult learning, facilitation coaching, training operations, and consistently delivering high-quality learning experiences.
You will oversee trainer performance, maintain curriculum integrity, ensure smooth class execution, and prepare learners for success-serving as the onsite anchor for training excellence. The ideal candidate brings proven L&D skills and can quickly stabilize, structure, and elevate a high-volume training environment.
Onsite presence in Tijuana is required.

This leader will provide consistency, stability, and strategic alignment to the Tijuana L&D team. Acting as the onsite presence, they will reinforce expectations, develop talent, drive training quality, and partner with Operations to deliver exceptional learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Trainer Performance
- Coach facilitators and trainers through structured observation, feedback, and performance routines
- Monitor facilitation quality, learner engagement, and classroom execution
- Ensure trainers meet expectations across readiness scores, assessments, and key L&D metrics
Maintain Curriculum Integrity
- Ensure curriculum is delivered consistently and accurately
- Lead validation routines and peer modeling
- Partner with curriculum design teams to maintain alignment and elevate training standards
Run the L&D Operating Rhythm
- Lead daily observation cycles: in-person and via Teams
- Maintain cadence of coaching, calibration, and development sessions
- Ensure Training Academy standards are upheld across every class
Partner with Operations
- Align on class readiness, learner performance, and escalation pathways
- Support seamless transitions from training to production
- Communicate trends and opportunities that impact performance
Own Reporting & Results
- Prepare monthly reports on trainer performance, learner readiness, QA trends, and milestones
- Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience coaching trainers/facilitators (not only agents or supervisors)
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory and facilitation best practices
- Proven track record running observation, coaching, and performance cadences
- Experience maintaining curriculum integrity and delivering consistent training quality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to stabilize and structure a team within the first 60 days
- Strong leadership presence: consistent, accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
