The Investment Analyst is primarily responsible for trade settlement for Allstate and Allstate Investment Management Company ("AIMCO"), report generation, analysis, and validation, as well as assisting in the AIMCO monthly/payment reports and post-payment date reporting. This role is also responsible for ensuring Collateralized Loan Obligation ("CLO") calculations are accurate. It is important for the analyst keeps constant lines of communication open with various internal and external groups regarding trade settlement status.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily trade support for Bank Loans (BLS) and AIMCO - confirm and allocate all trades on ClearPar and Wall Street Office web platforms.
• C oordinate all legal documents between Portfolio Manager , Banks , Legal, and the Clearwater team (data quality/compliance/timeliness key) to ensure accuracy.
• C onduct analysis and use independent judgement to determine if CLO calculations are correct.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly AIMCO reports and coordinate, analyze, investigate, and independently resolve monthly discrepancies in timely manner with trustee.
• Interpret reporting rules to create, maintain , and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports looking for and analyzing trends and deliver them to Front Office, Legal and Upper Management
Experience
• 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
• Excellent time management ability and communication skills

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $50,000.00 - 82,542.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
