Marsh McLennan Agency Northeast 2026 Summer Internship

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, June 1, 2026 through August 6, 2026

Pay: $23/hour

Overview:

The summer internship for the Marsh McLennan Agency Northeast region offers students a chance to explore the areas of Employee Benefits Insurance, Business Insurance, and Retirement Services. Each intern selected for the program will support one of our key departments while gaining exposure to all business practices. Elements of the internship program include Lunch & Learn sessions with our Executive Leadership Team, analyzing client information, researching for ad-hoc projects, a national internship competition, and a final group presentation delivered to the Leadership Team. In this role, the intern will have an opportunity to work with key stakeholders across leadership, sales, service, marketing, and operations.

What do we look for?

• Students graduating in Spring of 2027
• Students who are passionate about insurance and eager to pursue a career in the risk advisory industry
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Concentrations in risk management, health administration, or finance are preferred but not required

Our process:

• Initial Screening with Talent Acquisition team.
• Interviews will take place both virtually and in-person in our Boston office location
• Selections for our internship program will be finalized by mid-March

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $58,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
