We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant in our North Michigan Avenue Office.

We are an Insurance Brokerage Firm that needs the following person:

* Insurance, Real Estate, Securities Licensed professional

* Interested in Part-Time to Full-Time Position (Initially 25 hours weekly)

* Skills include; Strong Phone presence to handle in-bound client questions and making outbound marketing/sales calls, Well-Organized to handle multiple admin. tasks, Proficient with Word, Excel, Power point, Internet Savvy (Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter, Google)

* Can Handle outbound client calls and mailings

* Can Handle Broker appointment and meeting scheduling.

* Able to start Mid June 2019 If you feel you have the above qualifications and are interested send in your resume ASAP


* Current Life and Health Insurance Licensed (Illinois)

* Valid Drivers License

* 3-5 Years Sales Experience (Phone and Outside are acceptable)

* Clear and effective communicator

* Strong writing skills

* Ethical Business Practices

* Willing to Initially work Part-Time (25 hours weekly) moving to Full-Time in 90/120 days

* Willing to work for Hourly and Monthly Bonus Compensation
