Description
1.Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns
2.Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
3.Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies accurately and efficiently
4.Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
5.Maintain and grow an existing book of business through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
6.Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
7.Stay knowledgeable about insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and carrier offerings
8.Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems or CRM
9.Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and carrier regulations
10.Collaborate with account managers and service teams to provide seamless customer support
Requirements
1.Active insurance license (Property & Casualty)
2.Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
3.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
5.Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance-based compensation
6.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
