Description

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a valuable plus). The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in identifying client needs, recommending personalized insurance solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and integrity.

 Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide insurance consultations for personal and commercial lines (Auto, Home, Renters, General Liability, Workers Comp, Life, etc.).
• Actively prospect, follow up, and manage leads generated through digital platforms, and referrals.
• Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage levels.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy terms, process applications, and ensure compliance with state and carrier guidelines.
• Maintain positive client relationships through ongoing communication and policy reviews.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
• Ensure accurate documentation and use of CRM/agency management systems.

Requirements

• Active 2-20 (General Lines) License in the State of Florida (Required).
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
