Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our insurance agency and ensure efficient workflows, high service quality, and strong internal coordination.

This role is responsible for managing policy processing, improving operational procedures, supporting team performance, and maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations.

The position is available in two formats: remote (USA) and on-site in Feasterville-Trevose, PA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance agency operations
• Strong knowledge of policy processing (submissions, binding, endorsements, renewals, cancellations)
• Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance workflows
•  Experience working with agency management systems (Applied, AMS360, EZLynx or similar) is a plus
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Management or team-lead experience is a plus
