What You’ll Do
Grow a results-driven team
- Recruit and develop new agents using Optavise’s structured training system.
- Lead Meet & Greets, entor agents through pre-field training, and the Into Production Plan (IPP).
- Mentor agents through Leadership Training within 6 weeks of roster date.
- Track team progress and performance within our advanced technology platform.
Expand business opportunities
- Lead weekly New Group Development sessions and Employer Presentations.
- Manage your team’s pipeline and drive new group premium growth.
- Personally open at least one new group per quarter.
Develop future leaders
- Host weekly team meetings to motivate, align, and inspire your team.
- Maintain at least 3–5 unique producers, ensuring consistent enrollment activity.
- Coach agents to reach milestones and achieve leadership advancement.
Performance Expectations
- Source, onboard and develop one new production agent per quarter.
- Maintain healthy conversion rates.
- Achieve customized personal and team production goals as assigned annually.
