Description
Description and RequirementsDuties: Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions for deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure and applications. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Azure DevOps, and other automation frameworks. Implement and manage the Ansible automation platform for configuration management, orchestration, and application deployment. Design and implement automated server deployment pipelines for efficient server provisioning, configuration, and management. Develop and enforce standards for automation to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop scalable solutions. Onboard and train global teams on the Ansible automation platform to ensure effective adoption and utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, deployments, and infrastructure performance. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and automation technologies.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience automating deployments, managing pipelines, automating server provisioning, and deploying infrastructure in a DevOps role. Alternatively, will accept Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience automating deployments, managing pipelines, automating server provisioning, and deploying infrastructure in a DevOps role. Position requires experience in the following: Designing and implementing automation solutions. Developing and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline. Using Ansible and Azure DevOps to automate infrastructure tasks, write playbooks, and deploy configurations in real-world environments. Provisioning and managing servers, deploying applications, or configuring systems in an automated way using Ansible. Configuration management and orchestration. Custom automation such as Shell, Python or Powershell. Defining, provisioning, and managing infrastructure through code Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Troubleshooting and resolving automation and infrastructure issues through code.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid -- 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

The wage range for applicants for this position is $127,796.00 to $130,000.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $127,796 - $130,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
