Customer Resolution Specialist Sr. (XactAnalysis experience required)
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To coordinate inspections and repairs for all assigned issues and to recommend expenditures involving warranty resolutions. Provides resolution for difficult issues and assignments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and confirms warranty coverage upon notice from a homeowner or carrier.
- Plans and negotiates resolution to the most issues and assignments.
- Obtains approval for expenditures involving warranty resolutions.
- Locates and assigned available network contractors and non-network contractors.
- Produces correspondence and reports.
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced customer resolution colleagues.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience
Three (3) years customer resolution and concierge/performance experience or and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Chronicle and Xactimate preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of repair practices/restoration
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Detailed oriented
- Customer service oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
