Role Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial Lines CSR who is as comfortable navigating policy endorsements as they are talking shop with a guide or lodge owner. You will be the primary point of contact for our outdoor industry clients, ensuring their unique risks from Professional Liability for outfitters to rod makers are expertly managed.
What You’ll Do!
Advocate for Adventurers: Provide top-tier service to our niche client base, handling inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims with an "angler’s eye" for detail.
Policy Management: Process certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, and renewals for specialized accounts including lodges, charter boats, and outdoor nonprofits.
Team Collaboration: Support our Producers and Account Managers in preparing professional proposals and navigating carrier portals to secure the best rates for our clients.
System Integrity: Maintain accurate client data within our AMS to ensure seamless service and compliance with agency standards.

Requirements
What You Bring!
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is required.
Experience: 2+ years of commercial insurance experience; familiarity with outdoor or specialty lines is a major plus.
Passion: A genuine interest in the outdoors; whether you fish, hike, hunt, or paddle helps you connect with our clients’ world.
Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic or AMS360).
