A day in the life.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral team member who supports the Client Services and Sales teams with high quality work product to ensure client needs and expectations are met. You will learn the insurance industry from the ground up, handling key responsibilities such as data gathering and management, soliciting quotes from carrier partners, issuing certificates of insurance, assisting with the renewal process and engaging in various client facing interactions.
All Client Support Specialists can expect ongoing professional development opportunities that include On-The-Job Training with both management and team members, mentorship, career pathing and Tuition Assistance. You will also participate in ongoing L&D opportunities through our numerous MMA University Learning Series courses.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these attributes:
- Very effective oral and written communication skills as well as relationship building skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of employment
The following are preferred but not a requirement to apply:
- A relevant internship opportunity within the Insurance Industry
- A degree in Risk Management, Business or other related program
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
