As a Client Services Consultant II, you'll:
- Own the Client Experience: Take full accountability for day-to-day service support, partnering closely with Account Executives and leading the administration of multiple complex clients.
- Lead with Purpose: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, prepare impactful materials, and drive finalist and stewardship meetings.
- Think Consultatively: Offer creative, consultative solutions and identify innovative plan design alternatives.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide timely, outstanding customer service and foster lasting client satisfaction.
- Shape Strategy: Lead account audits, strategic planning, and partner with financial teams to deliver insightful client reports.
- Share Your Expertise: Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for Customer Unit and National Accounts.
- Drive Growth: Support RFP responses, facilitate contract execution, and ensure compliance.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments.
- Master the Details: Apply analytical skills to MetLife's group products, services, and systems.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):
- 3+ years of insurance/account management/client service experience
- Passion for client service and continuous learning
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and remain flexible
- General understanding of employee benefits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Webex
- Self-motivation and proactive personal development
- Willingness to travel (10%)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience with Disability products and project management preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $84,700. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
