PRIMARY PURPOSE : To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction; and to ensure consistency in service delivery
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of client workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Advanced level Microsoft Office products (especially excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience :
Two (2) years of related experience to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator, analyst, associate or three (3) years adjuster experience.
