A day in the life.
A Client Benefits Specialist on the Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh & McLennan Agency serves as the primary point of contact for customers' benefits enrollment questions and real-time assistance. Their daily responsibilities include researching and collaborating with insurance carriers to resolve client concerns, updating benefit enrollment software, and ensuring accurate data entry. They utilize multiple technology systems to process solutions efficiently and ask clarifying questions to understand and address customer needs effectively. The role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and delivering excellent customer service within standard turnaround times, whether assisting with enrollment, ID cards, claim inquiries, or invoice reconciliation

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years' customer service experience required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and programs. Must be able to navigate across agency management and carrier systems with ease.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 4 years' experience with benefits administration preferred
- Life & Health licensure preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
