Our Claims Reporting team plays a vital role in supporting customers during critical moments by providing compassionate assistance and clear guidance when filing a claim
What You'll Do
As a Claims Reporting Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting a loss. You will gather essential information, guide callers through the initial steps of the claims process, and route them to the appropriate teams. You will also perform administrative and documentation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish rapport with customers and collect information to file First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
• Provide customers with a clear overview of the claims process and next steps
• Receive, screen, and route incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence
• Communicate with customers and third parties to obtain or provide claim-related information
• Follow established guidelines for documenting claims and customer interactions accurately
• Assist customers with scheduling vehicle or property inspections and setting up rental cars when needed
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during all conversations
• Use online systems, prompts, and claims knowledge to guide callers and set expectations
What We're Looking For
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Skills and Experience
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
