Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONOur Internship Program is an excellent starting point for individuals seeking to learn more about the insurance industry at one of the world's leading P&C insurance companies. As an intern within the Claims Compliance team, you will partner with the team on conducting risk assessments, auditing controls, preparing compliance reports, and maintaining accurate records. Our program offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and build professional skills while being supported by our experienced team members. Successful participants in the program may have the opportunity to return to Chubb as a full-time employee or future intern, depending on their graduation date.
As part of our internship program, you will receive:
- Targeted business training designed to help you refine your professional skills and acumen critical to the success of Chubb professionals.
- Technical training to deepen your skill level within your chosen discipline and an understanding of our broader industry.
- Access to additional training to compliment your professional development.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Regulatory Compliance: Help research and summarize new rules or regulations. Share important updates with the team.
- Policy Development: Assist with organizing and updating documents related to company policies. Help review and suggest improvements.
- Risk Assessment: Support the team by collecting information and helping to identify possible risks. Take notes during meetings about risk topics.
- Auditing and Monitoring: Help gather data for compliance checks. Assist in preparing simple reports and tracking follow-up actions.
- Reporting: Help create and organize compliance reports. Keep records up to date and assist with filing.
- Collaboration: Work with different departments by attending meetings, taking notes, and helping with team projects.
- Third-Party Oversight: Help collect and organize information about vendors and partners. Assist in making sure their documents are complete and up to date.
Internship Program is planned to start in June 2026.
