Centralized Invoicing - Account Manager

Duties will include:

• Daily invoicing of Business Insurance policies in Agency Management System for the Southwest Region MMA offices
• Ensuring that all documentation is included and submitted to Accounting Team including:
  • Invoice Verification Forms
  • Binders
  • Carrier Invoices
• Follow up with Account Executives on accounting discrepancies and inquiries
• Submit required Surplus Lines documents to correct department for processing
• Document actions and attach documents as needed in Image Right
• Retrieve mail from shared mailbox for invoicing and SL requests

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or some accounting experience
• Excellent Computer skills
• Excels in Math
• Read and speak English
• If Remote work
  • Designated area in home for work
  • High speed internet
• "Team player" attitude for shared
• Ability to learn and use Sagitta and Image Right
