What the day will look like
You will work directly with a Top Producer in our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Assist in identification and development of new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
- Support AE and production team in tactical new business pipeline management.
- Lead PIT sales meetings that promote team collaboration on opportunities.
- Establish and oversee Pittsburgh's strategic business development plan.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate/attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote Aon within the Pittsburgh market.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of presentations on Aon products and services.
- Track and report on PIT business development activities and outcomes.
- Attend and represent PIT at RSD meetings along with PIT Leadership.
- Co-lead & report on regional sales initiatives as they roll out.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a Top Producer in our Pittsburgh office. Through this role, you will increase your Aon IQ by working with professionals in Risk, Health, Wealth, and Human Capital. You will also receive 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring from a Top Producer. Also, you and the Top Producer will work together to find opportunities for you to lead and enter into a split agreement on those accounts.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 - $105,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
