Chubb Global Resilience and Risk Consulting is a leading advisory practice within Chubb, dedicated to helping organizations manage complex risks and build resilience across their operations. We partner with clients worldwide to deliver expert guidance in risk assessment, loss prevention, business continuity, and project management. We help clients to protect their assets, enhance operational performance, and achieve their strategic goals in an ever-changing risk landscape.

As AVP, Commercial and Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will drive the performance and growth of our Consulting portfolio. You will oversee project delivery, identify and close staffing gaps, and help build a scalable project management program. Your leadership will transform our business from a technical, inspection-focused model to a process-driven, client-centric delivery approach. You will also develop a risk-based owner's representative offering for data center construction and portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day portfolio performance and commercial management
• Identify and resolve staffing and capability gaps
• Develop and implement a project management development program
• Standardize and optimize delivery processes and KPIs
• Lead the creation of risk-based owner's representative services for data center construction
• Mentor and develop project managers and delivery leaders
• Support client growth and portfolio expansion
