JOB TITLE: Assistant Client Communicati o ns Specialist

SUMMARY: MMA is lo o king f o r administrative supp o rt t o help o rganize, manage, and deliver o ur clien t - facing empl o yee benefit material s within the Communications Center o f Excellenc e (COE). Team members must excel at time managemen t , written and verbal c o mmunicati o n in a technical envir o nment. Candidates should c o nsistentl y dem o nstrate a positive, pr o fessional and enthusiastic image, and be willing t o adapt and e m brace change inv o lved with process w o rkfl o ws.

Phenomenal interpers o nal communicati o n, c o llab o rati o n, o rganization, and time management skills are necessary f o r the r o le. A desire t o supp o rt a gr o wing tea m , while learning the process and industry. Enthusiasm and positive attitud e , al o ng with attention t o detail, will help build trust o f c o lleagues and ensure the C o mmunicati o ns COE's success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process new pr o ject submissions - create timelines, schedule management, and set up archives
• Collab o rat e with Comms COE team via ph o ne o r webinar t o c o nfirm meetings, gather detail s , and special projects
• Interact with internal c o lleagues t o educate client service teams o n Comms COE capabilities
• Foster and build relati o nships with internal teams and Comms COE c o lleagues
• Quality assurance - sp o t checking, c o nducting audits, and m in o r edits to material
• Project status tracking/rep o rting
• Complete print requests
• Conduct daily backup o f database
• Send client satisfacti o n surveys
• Assist with building audio library and preparati o ns o f OE Brainshark rec o rdings
• With training, be a v ailable t o assist with bi-lingual OE presentati o ns (virtual o r in-pers o n)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Desire, initiative, and flexibility t o handle multiple requests at o nc e while w o rking independently
• Accountable, resp o nsibl e , and c o nsistent; able t o thrive in a team envir o nment
• Solid understanding o f M S Office is a must; InDesign and ph o t o -editing s o ftware is a plus
• Excellent communicati o n ( o ral and written) and presentation skills
• Outstanding o rganizati o nal and planning abilities
• Strict attenti o n t o detail
• BS / BA o r comparable w o rk experience preferred
• Spanish reading, writing and speaking ability is a plus
