Are you a Technology Product Manager / Product Owner passionate about Artificial Intelligence, data, and reinsurance? This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape next-generation products which are AI focused that sit at the core of Aon Reinsurance's strategy! You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and data, translating complex reinsurance needs into scalable, trusted solutions that drive better decisions, operational efficiency, and differentiated client and colleague experiences.The person in this role will be responsible for the product lifecycle end to end-from vision and discovery through delivery and continuous optimization-while partnering with senior business leaders, engineers, data scientists, and designers across a global organization. This is a role for a strategic, hands-on product leader who excels in complexity and is energized by building products that matter!

What the day will look like
Product Strategy & Vision
Define, own, and evolve a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business strategy, market demand, and measurable outcomes.
Champion AI data-driven capabilities that transform decision-making, workflows, and user experiences across the reinsurance value chain.
Act as a product enthusiast, clearly communicating vision, priorities, progress, and value to senior collaborators and multi-functional teams.
Delivery & Execution
Lead the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work based on business impact, feasibility, and cost.
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, data science, testing, and design teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and feasible.
Monitor product performance using Key Performance Indicators, objectives and key results as well as user feedback to drive experimentation and continuous optimization.
Business & Collaborator Partnership
Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, understanding strategic objectives and how technology can enable growth and efficiency.
Serve as the main liaison between business and technology, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment throughout delivery.
Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and resolve conflicts to keep initiatives on track.
Market, Data & Innovation
Stay ahead of AI, data, and emerging technology trends, translating innovation into practical, high-value product opportunities.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to find opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Ensure solutions align with global regulatory and governance standards in the re/insurance industry.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product ownership, ideally within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of reinsurance business processes, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering AI- and data-driven products, with exposure to modern analytics, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, Agile and Scaled Agile practices, and modern technology concepts (APIs, cloud platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, paired with strong executive-level communication.
- Ability to lead and influence multi-functional, global teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, and Microsoft Teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $130k-$145k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
