The Derivatives Analyst will work closely with our derivatives traders to provide market surveillance, pre-trade analysis, trade entry and position reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-trade analysis and modeling
- Position reporting and ad-hoc risk analysis and project work
- Monitoring risk, positions and P&L
- Trade entry into our risk systems
- Composing weekly market commentary
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- 0 - 2 years of work experience with Derivatives
- Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter with interest and ability to learn a variety of Derivative products
- Ability to prioritize, to embrace a steep learning curve, and to seek out responsibility
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science, or Business as well as any other related field of expertise
- Programming skills (SQL, VBA, Python, R)

The expected salary range for this position is $94,000 - $96,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
