Description
As an experienced Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and retention of an established book of business, ensuring client satisfaction through a proactive, consultative approach.
Requirements
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships by understanding evolving client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Account Servicing: Execute policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency.
Retention Strategy: Proactively engage clients to identify risks and maintain high retention rates.
Policy Consultation: Conduct regular reviews to ensure adequate coverage and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for client concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally.
Internal Collaboration: Work alongside producers and underwriters to provide seamless service and meet agency goals.
Compliance: Maintain meticulous records in our agency management system and adhere to all industry regulations.
