Kanawha Marketing Group, a Humana company, is seeking sales professionals for region of South Carolina.

Role: Career Sales Agent
Assignment: KMG
Location: Lancaster, SC

Assignment Capsule
As an Career Agent you will have the opportunity to market products from Kanawha and Humana, as well as other major national carriers. Position comes with base income plus commissions and a full benefits package.

  • Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Innovate: You introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity.
  • Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.

Role Essentials:
  • Strong sales and/or marketing background.
  • Highly motivated and has entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent verbal skills plus the ability to understand and explain insurance related products.

Role Desirables:
  • Licensed to sell life and health insurance in South Carolina. (If not licensed, candidate will have to become licensed in the near future)

Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Sales Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
