Self motivated individual needed to penetrate new and existing markets for specialized lines of insurance. Excellent communication and organization skills are needed in this home-based position where travel of 40-50% is expected. Territory consists of Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and western Canada. Compensation includes base salary, incentive, company car and reimbursement for company expenses.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business from new and existing production sources out of this territory. He/she must be able to foster strong business relationships. Organization is a must as the candidate will be setting up his/her own travel itinerary weekly. Candidate must be able to work remotely while taking on a team first approach with co-workers and management.
A Bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in business, finance or marketing a plus. Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience is required. A friendly, energetic, self motivated individual who can contribute to a team oriented approach is needed. Must have excellent communication, presentation and follow up skills as well as a willingness to travel.
